Preparing Your Protein Smoothie

All of the recipes require a blender. 

Cut and prepare all of the ingredients. Place them in a blender and blend until you get a smooth texture. 

Adding protein powder is, of course, optional, and you can use any protein powder that suits your needs. However, it’s highly recommended to use unflavored protein powder for the best taste. We also recommend using a protein powder without artificial additives.
